My Statement of Faith

  • Salvation is by grace through faith in Messiah Yeshua alone, for both Jew and Gentile. Nothing can be added to it and you can do nothing to earn it.

  • Yeshua is the center of everything: the Messiah, Living Torah, the Bridegroom, and the fulfillment of all God’s promises. He is the final authority.

  • There is one New Covenant for all believers, Jew and Gentile alike. Both are fully accepted in Yeshua before God. Both are given the same Holy Spirit and are called to the same holiness.

  • The Torah is God’s holy, good, and valuable instruction for all who love Him. It remains His standard and reveals His heart, character, holiness, and what is sin.

  • Under the New Covenant, the Torah no longer governs or condemns us as it did under the Sinai system. Yeshua has removed its power to condemn those who are in Him (Romans 8:1). We are declared righteous by faith in His perfect life, death, and resurrection.

  • Obedience to Torah is the fruit of a genuine relationship with Yeshua, not the root of acceptance or salvation. It should flow from love and the leading of the Ruach HaKodesh, not fear, duty, or performance.

  • The New Covenant is governed by love. Love for Yeshua is now our primary motivation for keeping God’s commandments.

  • Under the New Covenant, Jews remain Jewish and Gentiles remain Gentiles. Both Jew and Gentile are not called to keep the Torah for salvation, but both are called to ongoing sanctification in Torah observance, as the Ruach leads out of love for Yeshua.

  • I believe God has not broken His covenant with the Jewish people. He chose them for His sovereign purpose and made the New Covenant with the house of Israel and the house of Judah (Jeremiah 31:31). Gentiles who believe in Yeshua are grafted into this same covenant and among the Jewish people through faith, becoming fellow heirs without replacing or erasing Israel.

  • I believe God has a deep and enduring love for the Jewish people because of His covenant with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. Even though many have not yet recognized Yeshua as their Messiah, God has not abandoned them. I pray for the day when the veil is lifted and they come to know the fullness of the New Covenant in their Messiah. As a Gentile believer, I stand in awe and gratitude that I have been graciously grafted into their covenant story — not the other way around.

  • I support the nation of Israel because it is the land God sovereignly chose and promised to the descendants of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob as an everlasting inheritance. I stand with Israel not for political reasons, but because I honor God’s faithfulness to His covenants. I pray for the peace of Jerusalem and for the salvation of the Jewish people through their Messiah, Yeshua.

  • The goal is unity in Messiah, not uniformity or division. I reject legalism in all forms and pursue heart transformation and joyful obedience empowered by the Spirit.
